Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping & Transit Times
We ship products directly from our global distribution hubs to offer competitive pricing and high-quality items. Estimated delivery times after order processing are as follows:
- United States: 7 – 12 business days (3 – 5 business days for US warehouse items)
- International: 8 – 15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons or due to customs clearance.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total:
United States Orders
- Shipping & Handling (Orders $0.01 – $99.99): $4.95
- Insured Shipping & Handling (Orders $100.00 and up): $9.95
International Orders
- INTL Insured Shipping & Handling: $9.95
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier system.
If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at erhanmeric17@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will immediately investigate.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Major Goods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
